In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful

قٓ‌ۚ

Qaf.

(These letters (Qaf, etc.) are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings).

وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ٱلۡمَجِيدِ 

By the Glorious Quran.
