Dr. Asrar Ahmad (1932 –2010) an Islamic theologian followed particularly in South Asia, Middle East, Western Europe, and North America. He spent his last forty years actively engaged in reviving the Qur'an-centered Islamic perennial philosophy and world-view with the ultimate objective of establishing a true Islamic State, or the System of Khilafah.
